I'm super excited about these two sweet friends joining forces for this month's girl behind the blog linkup.

I had the privilege and I totally mean privilege of meeting both Chelsea and Ashley at the Influence Conference last year. 

They are both just some of the sweetest girls you will ever meet. 

I had tons of fun hanging around both of them.

Death Is Conquered.

Happy Easter, Friends!

Today has been a beautiful day of remembering everything the Lord has done for us.

My heart is full.

In the last few years I have had a real appreciation for Spring.

When I was younger, it was just the Season that got in the way while I was waiting for Summer to get here.

In recent years, some big blessings from the Lord have happened in the Spring.

Last Spring saw us come to the end of our difficult stressful visa situation.

The Lord also provided a place for us to live, we didn't even look for it.

It was within our budget, which was pretty tight.

This Spring has seen A get another job interview which is amazing news since in the 2 years he has been looking, he has only had 1.

So tomorrow holds hopefully some big news for us.

Some big changes in the works.

New season.

Awesome changes.

New Life.

I started a few years ago, planting seeds on Easter Sunday.

Then watching those plants grow as the Summer comes closer & closer.

It has always been a wonderful reminder of that new life given to us.

We are SO blessed friends.

Even when we are discouraged because some things in life don't seem to be going according to our plans.

We are SO blessed by what Jesus did for us that day so many years ago.

How hard it is to just comprehend why He would choose to die for us, while we were still sinners.

It is mindblowing.

He didn't wait until we were loving Him and trying to live for Him.

He died for us before that.

Because He loves us that much.

He conquered death for us, so that we would be free from the penalty of our sin.

That's what love looks like.

Love that lays itself down.

I realise this is a verse that many of us probably learned as children.

But take a moment to really comprehend what it means & the Love behind it.

'For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,

 that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.'

~ John 3:16 ~

May this day just be a wonderful reminder of how rich we are in Christ.

How much He has given us.

He has given us Life.

I can only be thankful.

Even though it doesn't seem like enough.
