'Two Hearts In Love' Thursdays. {Photography ~ Favorite Captured Moments}

Well I am still a little behind schedule in keeping up with what were my regular post topics.
But today I thought I would share with you my favorite moments from weddings in my Pinterest folder.
These keep me inspired & make me fall in love with weddings all over again.
Such beautiful moments are witnessed when a couple vow to love each other before the Lord.
Such a precious thing to witness.
I'm sure you will love these as much as I do.

We had such a talented photographer do our wedding.
He was amazing!! He captured everything in a way that took my breath away.
I still love looking through those pictures 2 years later.
For me, choosing the right photographer was a big deal. I wanted someone who took amazing pictures, because that would be what we had after celebrating that day to remember it by.
So I would recommend looking at a bunch of local photographers and seeing what their style is like.....
every one of them takes pictures in a different way.
One will be the one you love.

You can find ideas on what to talk to a wedding photographer about HERE and HERE for a wish list of events you might want captured.

Enjoy these precious moments.

Beautiful right?

If you are getting married near a beach....take pictures there. No really.
Beach pictures always look amazing.

I love these pictures. Capturing the faces of the couple as they leave together.
And magical with all the sparklers.

A bride and her girls.

Super fun having pictures taken with the ladies.

Umm...wow.

Such a precious moment of praying for the bride before the wedding.

Capturing the hands of the Bride, Mother of the Bride & grandmother of the bride.
LOVE this.
Wish I could have done this.

So sweet.

Wanting to pray together before getting married but not see each other.
SO precious.

Bridesmaids seeing the dress for the 1st time.

SO creative. LOVE this idea.

Not wedding, but such a cute shot of a proposal.

Totally want to do this idea. Take a picture of your own little girl in your wedding gow.
Then she can use it at her own wedding.

Little girls and wedding dresses, so precious.
I can see the dreamy look on her face.
Adorable.

This is so cute & creative...
again if you're by the beach....

This one CRACKS me up!
LOVE it!
Happy Wedding Planning friends.
Enjoy these beautiful moments we are blessed with in life.
Much Love,
L

My partner for the swap is my lovely cohost, Erin over at SweetnessItself.
I have blogged about her before...you can read it HERE.

She is lovely.....
She blogs about purity and sharing her heart for the Lord.
If you like my blog, you will LOVE hers! =)
So yeah...check her out!
I can't wait to start gathering things to start sending to her.....

Feel free to link-up if you post about your partner during the next few weeks....I have added a link-up tool below.

I also couldn't resist sharing a few finds I have found online & in life during the last few days.
I have been dying with laughing along with A at some of these....the kind where you laugh till it hurts.
  1. Well I didn't win this but I entered a contest to win a Karen Kingsbury signed book....I captioned this picture 'Your books turn my world upside down'.......guess we were the only ones who found it funny. Maybe if we had videoed the process of taking this picture we would have won.  Note: Laughing while standing on your head actually really hurts and leads to you sometimes losing your balance and nearly taking out your poor husband trying to take the picture =)

2. This video from the Ellen show....I totally want to do this now. In fact I have been laughing SO hard at too many Ellen videos to share them all. Hilarious show!!!

3. THIS website. The cutest animations EVER! So funny too......
Meet Ickle & Lardee.....
You will LOVE them.

4. This photo of me & a little cutie in my life. We both have a TON of talent.

5. THIS video.

6. Taylor Lautner's dorky dancing with Ellen.

So awesome when life is full of moments where you can die laughing.
Enjoy friends.
Link-Up below a post about your partner for the swap =)

Much Love & Happy Tuesday!

[On My Heart] Mondays. {Encouragement In Surprising Places}

Sometimes the Lord catches my attention through the things around me in life.
This past week I was having a moment when I was struggling...
I was in the car driving down the highway and this song comes on my ipod.

Feels like I've been here forever,
Why can't you just intervene,
Do you see the tears keep falling?
And I'm falling apart at the seams,
But you never said the road would be easy,
But you said that you would never leave.
And you never promised that this life wasn't hard,
But you promised you'd take care of me,
So I'll stop searching for the answers,
I'll stop praying for an escape
And I'll trust you God with where I am
And believe you will have your way,
Just have your way,
Just have your way,
My friends and my family have left me
I feel so ashamed and so cold,
Remind me you take broken things and turn them into beautiful
So I'll stop searching for the answers,
I'll stop praying for an escape
I'll trust you God with where I am,
And believe you will have your way,
Just have your way,
Just have your way,
Even if my dreams have died,
Even if I don't survive,
I'll still worship you with all my life...

What beautiful truth written in these lyrics. God doesn't promise that this life will be easy. His goal is not for us to have it easy in this world, or be influencial or wealthy. But he does promise to take care of us. The book of Job is a wonderful reminder of this truth.
Learning to trust the Lord with where we are and believing His beautiful plans for us is such a wonderful lesson to learn.
It may not be easy....
but He is with us friends.
Every step of the way.
He does promise that.

'Even though I walk
   through the darkest valley,
I will fear no evil,
   for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
   they comfort me.'
{Psalm 23:4}

Remember His truth.
Much Love,
L
